Great spot with comfy vibes
Loved the location and comfy bed! The staff were mostly friendly, and the valet guys were super nice. My kids had fun with the game in the lobby while we checked in. Only thing is the restaurant food wasn’t great, and the steak was kinda dry, but the views and atmosphere were lovely!

Everyone was very pleasant. Staff was very helpful. Food in the Top of the Mark restaurant was delicious as was the view. Room was comfortable with a wonderful bay view..Enjoyed the fresh fruit in the lobby as well as the many newspapers available.

We didn't have time, so that's why we would stay here again. The hotel was fairly clean and the location was comfy and best possibleon Nob Hill. The location was gorgeous, the room was soundproof and luxurious. Moreover, there was a lake within 10 mins walk from the venue.

Location was great. Very Friendly staff. Rooms were a little small for the money. The views were very nice from the rooms. The views from the Top were marvelous and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The staff was very warm and friendly to my child. A luxury hotel that was very kid friendly.
